Commissions
I have a small number of commission spots for making that special friend for you please email me for availability . A NON refundable deposit of 50% is required on booking your slot.
Postage Terms and Conditions
Postage is now sent out everyday except Sunday
UK post is sent out using the Royal Mail tracked and fully insured next day delivery
International Royal Mail post covers £250 of your item for fully insured please contact me first for a Parcelforce quote.
Overseas Postage
Combined postage for overseas is NOT available using Royal Mail international due to insurance but can be combined for Parcelforce.
International Royal Mail (insurance cover £250 per item) are £23.00 for a 7 inch creation (without stand) 28.00 for a 9 inch creation (without stand) £32.00 for 11 inch creation (without stand) £37.00 for 14/15 inch creation (without stand)
Parcel Force full insured please contact me for a quote.
ALL postage must be signed for on receipt in the UK and international
Courier service is NOT available.
Layaway
Layaway is a nice easy way to spread the payment of your bear or cat. You can have either 3 or 4 month layaway depending how quickly you want your new friend. The payments are equal amounts over the requested period, the first payment being a NON refundable deposit and will not be returned once the payment has been made.
Once you have contacted me and set up a payment plan I will invoice you on the same date each month so you don’t have to worry about remembering :0)
Layaway can be paid off early and you can up your payments by letting me know in advance if you want to pay a little quicker.

Layaway cancellation
If for any unfortunate reason you have to cancel your layaway I will be happy to do that for you but please be aware that your first deposit is a NON refundable deposit and will not be returned once you have paid it.
